Welcome plate

I guess you would call this a plate design, anyway this is another Christmas present, must be that time of year. This is one of Arpop's patterns. I used 1/4" baltic birch for the front and 1/4" hickory plywood for the backer, and two coats of naturaul stain.

Another ornament

Nothing fancy just something I cut a couple of the other night for a friends two sons.

New Stuff

I know I've been slack lately about posting stuff on here, no excuses just slakness. Anyway here are a couple of name plate / pen holders I made for one of my Lodge Brothers to give as Christmas presents.

How true this saying is

I cut this last night, using some 3/4" red cedar. I love the look and smell of cedar, just hate all that fine dust. I sprayed it with some semi-gloss Deft. Not the best picture, but a photographer I'm not. Thanks for stopping in. I will be posting some more of my past work soon so stay tuned.

Finished tractor cutting

I've been working on this one off and on for a good month now. Got it finished this morning. It is a friend of my wife's husband with one of his show tractors. I used 1/4" cypress plywood and pine for the frame. Dave Hall made the pattern for me.

Some more new work

Here's a couple of pieces that I have finished recently, the pinup is one of Arpop's patterns. The doll chair is a Steve Good pattern, that I made for my wife, I used 1/4" red oak for it. If your interested it is proportionate for a 7" doll.
